Our Policies

We kindly request all guests to familiarize themselves with our policies prior to booking as they shall be fully applicable to your reservation.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled launch. Failure to make the payment will result in trip cancellation, with no deposit refund or transfer.

  • Once the trip has commenced, no refunds or rescheduling are possible.

  • Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or 24 hours in advance to reschedule to avoid cancellation fee of $100 for private charters and $50 per person for group (shared) charters.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Weather-related cancellations are subject to our discretion.

  • If weather conditions do not allow for safe chartering, we will notify you on the launch date. A credit for the full amount will be issued for rescheduling with no expiration.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

  • We strive to maintain our boats in perfect condition; however, in certain circumstances, boats may experience issues beyond our control. By accepting this reservation, you understand that in the event of a problem with the booked boat, we are authorized to reschedule your trip and/or provide you with a boat of similar size and price.

VIOLENCE/PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY

  • We reserve the right to cancel the charter at any time prior to or during the scheduled sailing without refund if guests exhibit violence, disruptiveness, or damage property.

  • Immediate termination of the booking without refund will apply, along with damage fees.

PRIVATE CHARTER LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Charter may be canceled without refund if the client is 30 minutes late or more.

  • If we agree to proceed despite the delay, the late time will apply to your cruising duration.

GROUP (SHARED) CHARTER POLICY

  • We reserve the right to cancel group (shared) charters if there aren't enough bookings. A minimum of three individuals must book within 48 hours of the scheduled launch for the charter to proceed.

  • If we need to reschedule the group charter, we will promptly inform our guests. In cases where the proposed rescheduled date is unsuitable for our clients, we will issue a full refund of their deposit.

  • Please arrive early. Our group charters adhere to strict departure schedules. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the charter will commence as scheduled. No refunds or transfers will be provided for missed departures.
